The Shabbat and holiday meals are particularly characterized by an uplifting atmosphere and festive and rich dishes for every meal. Renowned artists and cantors are hosted on some Shabbats at the hotel and make the Shabbat meals and prayers enjoyable.

The activities of the kitchen and dining room are regularly monitored by a supervisor from the Badatz. Kinorot Hotel is the only hotel of this level that has received the strictest Mehadrin and most accepted Kashrut for all audiences of Badatz Eda Haredit.
